Grayslake North Jr Knights is a Non-For-Profit / 501c3 youth football and cheer organization that was founded in December’22 and serves as a feeder program for Grayslake North High School in D127. During our first year we had over 200 athletes join our football programs, which was amazing! As we continue to grow our program we are excited to also offer a sideline cheer program beginning with the fall 2024 season. We are a 100% Volunteer run organization and are committed to the success of the program with the support and gracious sponsorships and donations. Our goal is to make football and cheer available to both boys and girls in grades K-8th and prepare them to be their best when they enter the high school football program, while helping build confidence and leadership skills. We are excited to also help the athletes and their families build long lasting relationships that they will continue with through High School and beyond.

One question we get asked often is does the athlete need to be in district to participate? Our answer is simple, we are a feeder program for GNHS, our tackle and cheer uniforms and values resemble theirs and the point of our program is to help grow theirs.  However, if an out of district athlete wants to participate with us we will not turn them away. If we did, that would go against our mission of making football and cheer available to all.
